small room loud street
The staff at breakfast were helpful and kind, greeting us with a smile.
My room faced a very loud street, the noise made it difficult to sleep. The room itself was also quite small, not worth the price I paid. the value did not meet my expectations considering the cost.

working system no apology
The location is excellent. It is walking distance from all the main attractions.
I had to wait one hour for check-in because IT systems were not working, and no one apologized. The staff was very relaxed over the issue though.

i can recommend this hotel. the hotel's location is wonderful. it sits right in the heart of the sablon district near many great places. i especially liked the bed. the mattress was very high quality, and i enjoyed supportive pillows. the bathroom had nice amenities.
i wish there were more food options after 9:30 pm. i had a little trouble finding something to eat late at night

The hotel staff stored my luggage securely at no cost. They welcomed me later in the afternoon to use the lounge facilities. Breakfast had a plentiful selection in a pleasant setting.
The room was small. I found that the room's layout was inconvenient, as conditioned by the building. I had to call for assistance with the TV remote three times and it failed again.
