I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is super convenient, near Brussels Central Station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and markets. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and even had a balcony. However, there were some inconveniences with the service like delays and missing breakfast vouchers.
The hotel's location is perfect, very central with lots of restaurants, pubs, and shops within a 5-minute walk. The rooms were spacious for two persons, with a large bathroom and everything we needed, although not particularly clean. The service was excellent, very helpful, but the request to email credit card details was unsafe. The dining experience was perfect and conveniently located in the Galleries. The hotel's prime location near the Grand Place is a major plus.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were a nice size and included an outdoor veranda with seating, very near the center of Brussels. The location was spot-on, very central but nicely tucked away down a side street. The dining was excellent, although outside the hotel at the Mokafe. The service was cooperative and responsive but unhelpful in assisting with contacting our travel insurer. The central location made it ideal for exploring Brussels and nearby towns, though without creating disturbance. Dining options were good but separate from the hotel.
