prime location friendly staff varied breakfast
i found the location ideal. it was close to major landmarks like the ivan vazov theater and vitosha boulevard. the staff were friendly and professional. breakfast had a great variety, with fresh fruits and pastries.
The gym could use a little updating. Some of the equipment seemed a bit worn.

the room was spacious and elegantly furnished. i especially appreciated the large, comfortable bed and the luxurious bathroom (it had both a bathtub and a separate shower!). the quiet atmosphere ensured a restful night.

convenient access lovely park coffee machine good sized pillows
The location offered convenient access to the cultural center and a lovely park. The hotel also offered complimentary water, slippers and toiletries. The room was large and the pillows are good sized. I also used a coffee machine.
The function rooms on the first and second floor made too much noise. Reception staff seemed less than helpful in resolving the disturbance. It should be avoided at all costs on Fridays and Saturday nights.

The superior double room included services of the level such as bathrobe and slippers. It also offered the possibility to shower or bath, bath salts were available. The room felt spacious and comfortable.

The hotel has a restaurant, bars, parking and gym. I appreciate these foundations are there. I find the hotel is close to many cultural and political institutions, it is very appealing with a view into the park.

the rooms are spacious and clean. i had a mini bar in my room which was useful. breakfast was varied and fresh (especially the pastries!). the staff was lively and helpful.
i noticed there was no iron in the room, i had to use the paid ironing service.
