The room was super clean and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. the staff were consistently courteous and genuinely cute. i found the amenities excellent. The spa and restaurants were impeccably maintained. i appreciated the real sense of luxury .

Really good Hotel Experience

The room was spacious. The design was modern. The bathroom included two separate sinks. A rainfall shower. The in-house convenience store operates twenty-four hours. It is convenient. Breakfast included a great food selection. This was top notch.
I found the beds to be a little firm. The pillows seemed ordinary considering the luxury level of the hotel.

The reception staff were very polite. They were always ready to assist. Restaurant staff were also professional and kind. They were very cute. Concierge services helped us. They aided our navigation around the city.

My premium room king bed offered ample space. It certainly impressed me. i liked the on-site dining options as they provided convenience. i thought the hotel location, though not directly in the main area, remained accessible by walking. the fresh water everyday was a plus!
The hotel staff seemed somewhat detached. It lacked some warmth. i find this impersonal approach typical in high-end establishments. Such interactions did not contribute to a cute environment, though the parking was expensive.

The reception staff secured a high-floor room for us as requested. The view was panoramic. i found the bathroom beautiful. The service matched my expectations. the food also was quite nice. I thought the restaurants were great. i had a pleasant experience from start to finish. It seemed like a premium level of care. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. everything was relaxing.
The gym seemed busy. I sometimes had to wait for equipment! though the free gym is a very good thing.

unattentive staff worn equipment
I must say I was disappointed. The front desk staff weren't as attentive as one would anticipate. I asked about local attractions, but the recommendations felt generic. There wasn't a personalized touch to their assistance. The fitness center lacked updated equipment. Several machines seemed worn, and some weren't working properly. This made my workout less effective, and I had to adjust my routine. This wasn't really good.
