the room was well-appointed and comfortably sized for my short stay. The historic building's architecture impressed me. Breakfast provided ample choices each morning. The location near the station was also very convenient.
The process for uber pick-up was somewhat confusing initially. More explicit signage would be helpful.

I found a couple of issues . The air conditioning was weak. My room felt stuffy the whole time. the accessible door for luggage required a key card, I did not have it when I arrived (and I had to drag luggage up the stairs).

The location was very convenient, especially since it's right next to the central train station. the staff was also quite helpful, especially with suggestions for seeing the sights around the city. i found the beds to be really comfortable. That was a plus.
my room lacked a coffee maker, nespresso machine, or even a kettle. getting hot water was more difficult than it needed to be. the breakfast hours also felt restrictive, being only from 6:30 to 9:30 am. this did not give much flexibility for early or late risers.
