room cleaning unclear policy
the breakfast had many choices.
The room was not cleaned . I found out later i had to ask at reception. there was no "please clean my room" sign, only a "do not disturb" sign, which wasn't clear. i expected daily cleaning, but it wasn't standard.

convenient location wide variety helpful staff
I found the location convenient. I could easily walk to local attractions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The staff was helpful .
The room lighting was insufficient. I only found weak spotlights in the ceiling. It impacted the overall ambiance of the room.

the location was quite central to many attractions in the area
the room lighting was poor only weak spotlights illuminated the space making it difficult to see properly at night i found this quite inconvenient when trying to relax or work

Breakfast included a very nice variety of food items , I enjoyed that. The location is excellent , it is a short distance to the mall and restaurants. I received an upgrade and got a nice suite room .
The floor of the room I had was dusty , it seemed it had not been mopped recently. There was a large tear in the blackout curtains that allowed light inside. The bedside lamp was damaged , its ball joint fell off and it caused the room electrics to trip.

The room had shampoo, body wash, and a hairdryer. These amenities were convenient. The provided fridge was handy. This allowed easy storage of drinks and snacks. A good-sized safe was present in the room for storing valuables.

Central and Convenient Stay
central location helpful staff city view substantial breakfast
The location proved central. It allowed quick access to key downtown spots, including shopping areas, pubs, and cafes. It's very close to the cruise terminal. The view from my room on the eighth floor was amazing. The reception staff were professional. The breakfast selection was VERY substantial.
I did notice that there was a lack of available plug points near the bedside. This proved slightly inconvenient for charging my devices overnight.
