gym reservation melon in water
The gym? It requires reservations. I hate to plan my workout, especially on vacation. the breakfast had some questionable items. I seen melon sitting in water. I questioned that decision.

dreamy italian holiday
great view outdoor patio
my room featured a wonderful balcony with a great ocean view. it was easily walkable to the town center. the breakfast included was excellent and located on an outdoor patio. it also had views to the sea and town.
we wasn't offered complimentary water in rooms and that felt really strange. we always had free bottles of water in other hotels. the staff told us we could drink tap water or pay for one from the mini bar.

the hotel is very close to the city center and activities are within easy reach. the landscape is so beautiful, it gives you a feeling of peace. evening at the blue room with a piano playing.

the gym included everything i needed and all equipment worked well. breakfast was wonderful and offered many good options. i spent the evening in the blue room enjoying live piano music, a romantic touch.

multiple pools expansive breakfast friendly staff
The hotel provided multiple pools. I found these pools very quiet in the mornings after breakfast. The breakfast offered expansive options and very nice views from the indoor and outdoor restaurant. The suite received perfect daily service. I found the staff friendly and helpful.

The room had blackout shutters. I got a great night's sleep. The provided toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the towels felt very soft. The room looked recently redecorated in a contemporary Italian style.

The staff were helpful and professional . The front desk arranged excursion tours and transportations. Everyone made sure all expectations were met. Housekeeping was always prompt and very thorough.

The hotel has many beautiful outside sitting areas that overlook the bay. I saw fresh Orchid displays in the reception and dining room. I used the gym. It includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the premises.

It's a short ten-minute walk into the main town. I found the hotel tucked away a short walk from the center. The hotel provides great views from the restaurants and pools. I could see the bay. The hotel is not far from shops, bars, and restaurants.

rude staff poor air conditioning
I found the staff rather curt at times. They seemed too busy to offer any real assistance. the in-room air conditioning struggled during the day to combat the intense heat.. I had to request a fan to make it bearable. Perhaps an upgrade of the cooling system is in order, or at least more attentive service when guests express discomfort.
