Really good Stay Near the Coliseum

The location was GREAT. It allowed easy access to key attractions. The staff was nice, especially Ricardo. We were well looked after during our time. The room was spacious.
The bar area felt HUGE and did not have much atmosphere, a little disappointing. This was only a minor issue compared to the overall high quality of the hotel, though. I still enjoyed my time there.

The front desk staff greeted us with a smile. They were happy to answer any questions. The doormen were available to help us in and out of the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the Colosseum. It is easy and safe to walk to most other sites. Most sites we wished to see were within a 10-30min walk.

My SUPERIOR double room was spacious. It was also clean, which I really appreciate. The breakfast had lots of different options, including a juice bar.
There was plenty of knocking and hammering. The area near the hotel was loud at all hours.

the location was great because it was close to the colosseum. i easily walked to many sites. the rooms included daily cleaning with fresh towels, so i found it well maintained. the staff at the front desk was available 24/7.
the soundproofing in my room was not adequate. i heard noise from adjacent rooms. this affected my sleep quality some nights.

Crisdeth at reception provided a warm welcome. roberto gave a great restaurant recommendation. my room was on the sixth floor. It was renovated. i had fresh smoothies and delicious pastries for breakfast (i really liked the smoothies).
i wish there was better soundproofing. there was some noise from the busy street.

i had some issues with the air conditioning. it seemed to reset itself at night, so i would wake up hot and sweaty. i had to get up and adjust the temperature again. also, the blockout curtains didn't fully block out the light, a minor annoyance.
