instant coffee rude staff
The room included a smart TV, which I put to good use!
The breakfast was disappointing. The coffee tasted instant, a real letdown! Juice also lacked freshness. I think the restaurant staff showed rude behavior, which left a bad impression.

Fantastic Stay with Great Staff and Amenities
clean room perfect service diverse starters fine views
I really enjoyed the very clean and inviting room. The restaurant service was perfect, and the food was GREAT!!! There were 4 starters and 4 mains to choose from. The views from the terrace bar overlooking the bay and Vesuvius are dreamlike. The staff was always helpful.
The air conditioning in the room does not go below 23 degrees Celsius. If you try to set it lower, it turns off. This made the room a bit too warm for sleeping comfortably.
Service

The staff was very attentive to my daughter's dietary needs. They remembered her gluten-free requirements. They coordinated with the chef to prepare special meals. This was a thoughtful service.

Separate pool towels were provided. Clean bath towels were supplied daily. There was ample storage space in the room. The pool area includes a roof terrace. It offers a quiet place for sunbathing.

The hotel has beautiful views over the bay. The hotel provides a bus service. It makes travel to the town center easy. This service runs frequently. The location is excellent.

The food was amazing. There were always plenty of options. The desserts were our favorites. Cakes, fruit, or ice cream was offered generously. There were two buffet nights .

scuff marks dated balcony
The courtesy bus to town was very useful. I did notice some scuff marks all over the walls in our room. The balcony looked really dated. I thought the breakfast was not great, it was not to my taste. It looks like the hotel requires some updating.
