fresh fruit relaxing space mini-fridge
i found the breakfast buffet offered a great selection, including fresh fruit and pastries. the rooftop pool provided a relaxing space with views of the bay. my room included a mini-fridge and a safe, which i appreciated.
The elevators seemed slow. At times it took a little while to get one.

dated decor unpleasant odor
the front desk staff were helpful enough, particularly when i needed help with directions.
I was disappointed by the noise levels. I could clearly hear conversations and movement from adjacent rooms. the decor felt dated with the tangerine furniture. It didn't match the photos online. the bathroom drain had an unpleasant odor, a constant nuisance.

excellent lodging experience
attentive staff breakfast options
the staff proved very attentive , addressing all inquiries promptly. the breakfast options displayed a wonderful variety , with fresh produce. i also found the location advantageous , permitting easy access to the city center.
the main pool area had limited opening hours, which restricted swimming opportunities later in the day. i consider that the pool hours could be extended to accommodate evening swims , particularly after dinner.

the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism. the personnel at the reception were helpful, providing directions and assistance with local attractions. their attentiveness greatly enhanced the overall stay and added a personal touch.

Acceptable stay, but some issues
awful breakfast mediocre sheets
The location was handy for everything I needed.
The room I got was nothing special. The sheets were just ok for what they charge. Breakfast was included, but I found it awful. I just had coffee and juice before I left.

the staff greeted me warmly, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. the rooms boasted immaculate cleanliness, and the provided amenities added a touch of luxury. i found the easy access to local attractions quite convenient, awesome for seamless exploration. the breakfast buffet impressed me with its wide array of fresh options.
The elevator system seemed a little slow during peak hours. It sometimes caused minor delays getting to and from my room.

drink selection clean pool ferry access
The rooftop bar had a fantastic selection of drinks. The swimming pool was very clean. I especially liked how close the hotel was to the harbor for ferry access.
The elevator was sometimes slow. it was a bit inconvenient during peak hours!
