unfortunate view unhelpful bus
the breakfast was fresh and plentiful each morning, with a delicious and included food selection..
Our room had an unfortunate view of a wall. It was disappointing. there was also no complimentary water provided, and the prices charged were high. the shuttle bus driver was not helpful at all. the bus left 10 minutes before its scheduled time, so i had to wait another hour.

grateful christmas surprise
we flew to naples and had a private transfer to the lodging it took over an hour and a half because of traffic. upon arrival, the hotel reception staff warmly welcomed us and upgraded our reservation to a sea view room, for which i am thankful.

the hotel sits up the hill, but a free shuttle bus makes getting to town easy. the ride offers fine panoramic views over the bay. google maps helped me navigate the town on the first couple of days.

the rooms were beautifully decorated and kept very clean daily. our room included a spacious balcony, offering amazing views. i found the room very spacious and comfortable.

the pool area was always chilled, with loungers available so guests didn't have to rush. the hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the town, very easy to navigate. a sky deck offered big comfy sofas and sunbathing beds, with lots of shade.

the food was amazing, though we only had breakfast included we often ate lunch at the hotel. the breakfast buffet is plentiful with dinner choices excellent. i appreciated the omelette station at breakfast, with prosecco available too.

a very pleasant hotel
complimentary upgrade fine coastal views immaculate villa bay view
The hotel offered a complimentary upgrade to a private villa. this villa provided fine coastal views. I found them amazing. the villa was immaculate and spacious, and every detail was thoughtfully addressed. i felt that the hotel sits in such a spot, looking over the bay.
the hotel is about 2-3 kms above town. you need a car, or you need to take the shuttle bus to reach shops and restaurants. i would not recommend walking because of the crazy drivers and roads with no pavements

The restaurant's menu included a separate vegetarian section. Every dish i tried tasted delicious. the ingredients and presentation were of high quality. the staff at the restaurant were attentive and friendly, they enhanced the dining experience.

our room had a sea view, and i found it clean and spacious! it provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. the hotel ensured our room was superb and maintained to a high standard. the view from our room was something else.
