the hotel is near the main station. it was a 10 minute walk even with my suitcase. the staff were excellent and helpful. the bar is comfortable and elegant.

the breakfast did not cater for anyone with a dairy intolerance. my daughters only had 3 pillows between them in the twin room. the lukewarm welcome on arrival was not ideal.

the breakfast area was too small people were bumping into each other a lot getting food it was not very relaxing i also found the bed too firm it was hard to get comfortable and i woke up with a sore back the air conditioning barely worked it was difficult to sleep i tried adjusting it but it didn't seem to make much difference. these things impacted my stay negatively.

The staff was excellent. charles roberts at the front desk helped me find local services and provided invaluable support. he deserves a promotion! also, the location was convenient, only a short walk from centrale station. Made traveling so easy, i loved it.

The mini-bar only had water available, there were no other drink options. I found this slightly limited, though it wasn't a big issue.

The breakfast was acceptable. I found a few things I liked.

I encountered a couple of issues . The air conditioning in my room barely worked. I reported it, but nothing changed, so the room remained uncomfortably warm. I was surprised to be charged extra for the bottled water in the room at checkout. There was no indication that it wasn't complimentary.
