Really good Stay in a Beautiful Location!

The hotel boasts a lovely internal courtyard garden! Tables outside overlook the lagoon, a setting perfect for a relaxing evening drink. The hotel also has its own pier, where I arrived directly by water taxi from the airport. The staff was helpful, assisting with dinner reservations and suggesting local activities.

One minor inconvenience was the absence of certain toiletries being replenished. Specifically, toothpaste was not refilled , and that was noticeable.

the staff was helpful! the concierge arranged superb dinner reservations and suggested many fun activities, i was impressed. we received a significant upgrade, the room felt luxurious. breakfast was AMAZING. it had such a diverse selection and beautiful presentation, EVERY morning.

the bar near the entrance had VERY long wait times, and the service did not always feel very attentive.

The housekeeping was persistent! The cleaning staff entered my room every morning around 9 AM, even when I wasn't ready for service. Breakfast cost 45€ per person, but they started clearing it away 10 minutes before closing. The bar near the entrance had very long wait times, and the service felt unprofessional. I expected better attention to detail, especially given the hotel's reputation.

The location is excellent. it is relatively quiet, yet just a few minutes from st mark's square and next to the arsenale vaporetto stop. the bedrooms are peaceful and well thought out. Everything you would expect from a luxury hotel is there. the beds deserve a comment-huge and comfortable!!!

i had hoped to visit the spa but couldn't find the time.
