Really good stay on the Grand Canal

The location is excellent it is right on the Grand Canal near San Marco. A private dock allows water taxi drop off. The front desk personnel are friendly and the concierge is helpful. The room included a clean and spacious balcony.
The absence of room service after 11pm was inconvenient.

The staff were helpful and cute they assisted with bags directly from the water taxi to the room. Concierge services were readily available providing assistance with local information and reservations I found this very convenient.

The hotel enjoys a prime position directly on the Grand Canal it allows easy access to major attractions. A vaporetto stop is very close to the hotel improving city navigation. The hotel is a short walk from Piazza San Marco.

The breakfast room features a fabulous terrace overlooking the Grand Canal offering scenic views. I noticed that the breakfast selection was comprehensive it provides many options. I saw that gluten-free choices were available.

The room was beautifully decorated in a Venetian style it featured nice decor. I observed the bathroom included all necessary amenities. The room was very clean and well kept with great attention to detail.
