the hotel location was pretty central. it made getting around very easy (especially since we wanted to see a lot!). the team was friendly. christopher, the concierge, helped a lot with reservations and even our ride to the airport.
our room was packed a bit tight with luggage. i asked for a late checkout but it was refused (a little disappointing!). the price i reserved at was different than at the front desk. i asked to be upgraded or matched, but i was rejected too.

I found the staff attentive and helpful, readily assisting with recommendations and bookings. i particularly appreciated christopher, the concierge. His assistance with securing tickets to the garnier opera ballet, sylvia, was really good. the location, just off the champs élysées, allowed convenient access to major attractions. the art deco styling, with luxurious dark green, created an elegant and clean atmosphere.
The room, while lovely, was a bit tightly packed. Luggage space was somewhat limited.

Breakfast offered a great selection. The scrambled eggs were especially delicious. the hotel bar features amazing cocktails. These provided the perfect way to unwind after sightseeing. there is a 1-star michelin restaurant on site too.

The location is very close to the champs élysées, this offers easy access to many services. the hotel has consistent styling throughout. This creates a very cohesive aesthetic. soundproof windows are installed. These effectively block outside noise.

The rooms featured very high ceilings. This added to the sense of spaciousness. the rooms were super clean. This ensures a comfortable stay. rooms include balconies. These are great for enjoying a morning coffee.

Charming Boutique Experience

The staff was very attentive, especially Giuliano. He addressed our inquiry about special circumstances. Elena made an exception to accommodate our large golden retriever. We appreciated the setup of a pet bed and water bowls.. it showed our dog was loved. Rachel, at concierge, helped us with solutions.
Some aspects did not fully meet the expectations of a five-star hotel.

Breakfast was a real pleasure because the service was excellent and the food tasted fresh. The restaurant provides table service. I did not have to serve myself. The dining staff ensured a cute environment. They provided prompt service.

Christopher ensured our belongings and our dog got to the train station early in the morning. He drove us and carried our heavy bags to the station platform. The entire team was accommodating and cute. I can recommend this hotel.

i arrived early and helene at the front desk stored my luggage. she gave me great recommendations on local attractions. my room was ready sooner than expected and my luggage was already there. everyone at the hotel was helpful and the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast especially the scrambled eggs.
the coffee pods provided didn't work properly with the machine it leaked and i had to ask multiple times for replacements
