contemporary design rich tones easy access
i found the room to be impeccably clean. it had a contemporary design. i also liked the rich tones throughout. the location IS great, offering easy access to many attractions.
the discretionary charge added upon checkout was a little UNEXPECTED.

clean room beautiful bathroom comfortable bed
i got a nice room and it was very clean. the bathroom was beautiful. i found the bed very comfortable and it was quiet too. it was only a short walk to liverpool station.
i was suprised during checkout when i was informed there was a five percent discretionary charge added on the bill. i think the room rate must be cover everything.

the breakfast has a wide variety of food. lily bar deserts and drinks are very delicious. there are plenty places for eating like straits kitchen and bars too.

the gym had many equipment. the pool area had many loungers and a shaded section. there is a pressing and laundry service that makes everything relaxing for travel.

The gym facilities included multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. I found the equipment modern and well-kept. The room featured a separate seating area, offering extra space to relax. Housekeeping ensured the room was super clean each day. I appreciated this attention to detail.
I had to wait a short time for assistance at the concierge desk during peak hours.

Really good Stay
comfortable beds relaxation room
The rooms have quiet, stylish interiors with comfortable beds. Modern bathrooms include soft robes and Diptyque products (these are a nice touch!). I had the infinity pool to myself one morning. Loungers and chairs surround the pool. A relaxation room also offers warm beds.
The hotel lacks a hot tub, and the steam rooms did not function correctly consistently. This was disappointing, as I specifically looked forward to these amenities.

The staff are helpful, the front desk is efficient, and housekeeping does a thorough job. Room service delivers food promptly. Food presentation makes it feel like dining in a restaurant.
