friendly staff refreshing wine quiet room
the staff were all super friendly and ready to help me it was awesome. i received a sparkling wine upon check-in that was quite refreshing. the room was quiet i didn't hear noises. i really felt welcomed!
i booked a specific room and the hotel switched it i did not like that. it took hours to get my room ready too long. the executive lounge felt unwelcoming i seemed like i was bothering someone.

i stayed in the beautiful king room. it had a separate bathtub and a rainfall shower. the room offered blackout curtains, a nice touch.
the mini-bar prices were not clearly displayed, leading to some surprise upon check-out.

superb stay, central location
attentive staff clean room amazing service restful sleep
I found the staff very nice. They were nice and attentive. breakfast was great and the room was clean. the pem restaurant offers a high-quality dinner with great service. the doormen were cute and the receptionists were friendly. the housekeeping and bar staff also enhanced the experience. the bed was like a soft cloud, contributing to a restful sleep.
My room faced a busy road and had very little noise insulation. I could hear street noise. a drunk person shouting outside at 3:30 am was very audible. the windows were unable to block the noise.

The location offers convenient access to major attractions. Big ben, westminster abbey, and james park are within walking distance. the underground station is directly in front of the building. This offers easy transportation. i did appreciate this strategic position.

The breakfast options were varied and fresh. I found them satisfying. the pem restaurant provides high-quality meals, along with excellent service. I recommend a visit. the blue boar pub had nice staff and worked hard. It created delays with orders.

The beautiful king room had good beds and comfortable bedding. the bathroom had a shower and a bath. It was well-decorated and spacious. the room cleanliness was fantastic. I did like that a lot. i had a restful sleep.

The hotel is next to the subway. This provides easy access to different parts of the city. the surrounding area has commercial zones and shopping areas. This is really convenient. it is relatively close to many museums. I found it a great advantage.

superb location helpful staff
The hotel's location was superb. it was a short walk to westminster abbey and buckingham palace (i timed it myself). the staff was very cute. Sophia at check-in was especially helpful.
