the location near the underground was convenient. the staff was helpful with directions i needed. the complimentary nespresso machine in my room was a nice touch! aperol offered a good assortment of drinks.
the absence of a dedicated bar facility or lounge area was disappointing, though the aperol bar was available, its seating felt a bit cramped.

the fitness room included three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guest use. complimentary tea and coffee service were available in the loungewith comfortable seating and a selection of newspapers! the hotel provides these wonderful facilities for all guests.

fantastic stay near museums
warm welcomeimmaculate roomexcellent locationluggage storage
The staff greeted me warmly and quickly handled check-in. i found my beautiful studio to be immaculate with thoughtful extras. the location is excellent. I walked easily to several museums. storing my luggage after checkout allowed me extra time to explore (i really appreciated this).
the gym is small, with limited equipment (only a few machines). it's manageable for a quick workout, but not ideal for extensive training.

the beautiful studio included a comfortable king bed. there was also a good selection of complimentary snacks and drinks. housekeeping maintained the room very well throughout my stay, and i always returned to a clean and tidy space.

The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. they showed me to my room after check-in and explained its amenities fully. i felt genuinely welcomed and attended to throughout my visit. The team seemed happy to help at any moment.

Location was acceptable. It was near the underground station.
The room was too small. It was hard to move around the bed because it was too close to the wall. Black out curtains were absent, so it was hard to sleep.
