friendly greeting hotel decor comfy bed cigarette smoke strong smell different room
The bellman's greeting was super friendly! the hotel decor is amazing. the bed was comfy. I slept like a log
i stayed here in may 2023 and didn't have this problem then, but cigarette smoke was a big issue this time. the first room i got smelled strongly of cigarette smoke coming from somewhere. i moved to a different room but could still smell smoke from the next room!

the bellman was very friendly.. i found the decor beautiful. the bed provided great comfort. i appreciated the quality of the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. the check-in process proceeded seamlessly.
the shower was a shower over a slim old bathtub, it would have been better with a shower cubicle.

strategic location attentive staff varied breakfast cigarette smoke adjoining room distinct odor
the location is definitely strategic. the reception staff seemed very attentive to requests. i found the breakfast selections varied and suited every taste.
the room i was initially given had a distinct odor. cigarette smoke seemed to be coming from another room. i could still smell it from the adjoining room throughout my stay even after moving.
