The 24-hour gym offered excellent facilities. i appreciated the use of the complimentary car service in the evening. i also enjoyed the fruit basket in the room. A lovely touch was a cake for a birthday celebration.
The check-in process seemed slow. i experienced a two-hour wait before my room became available. several sockets in the room were not working. The front desk seemed aware of this issue.

The room had modern technology for lighting and climate. I liked the valet box. Room service kept my order inside because the 'do not disturb' sign was on. The hotel car service was a great amenity, providing transport with Rolls Royces and Bentleys. The breakfast room impressed me with its chandeliers and high ceilings.
The pillows provided were synthetic instead of feather. I did not sleep well because of this.

The in-room technology is seamlessly integrated. Controlling lighting, climate, and drapery felt intuitive. the car service to locations within a 2-mile radius included rolls royces, bentleys, and even london green cabs. i especially appreciated the valet box.. it ensures privacy when the 'do not disturb' sign is on.
i found the breakfast in the lobby a bit disappointing. some food seemed undercooked and the scrambled eggs had an odd taste. bacon looked plastic and was also undercooked.
