excellent location friendly staff small room faulty kettle

the location was excellent , near the train station and borough market. the staff were friendly and helpful , especially with directions.

the room was quite small and a bit noisy. i also noticed the kettle didn't work well , it took a long time to boil.

The staff were polite, and this was acceptable.

My window didn't close completely. This let in street noise all night. The pillows were also very flat, which did not allow for good rest.

decent stay, some issues

the location was convenient for my trip, offering easy access to public transport.

the shower head was faulty. it did not fit the riser rail, so i had to hold it during showers. i found this quite inconvenient.
