Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a great location overlooking the little harbor, right across the road from Imperial Wharf Station and a short walk from Chelsea Harbour Pier. The rooms are clean but could do with a refurbishment; they are very comfortable, with balconies and a separate bedroom. The service was pleasant, and the staff answered our questions well. The dining experience was good, though could improve the menu variety. The hotel offers a fantastic location on the Thames, with convenient access to transport and amenities.
The hotel had clean, well-furnished, and very spacious rooms, but with some stains on the walls and ceiling. It was disappointing not to have a harbour view, though the bathroom with a TV was stunning. The service was of the highest quality and professional, with attentive staff. The location was great for London Embankment attractions, especially for those working at the Chelsea Harbour Design Center. The dining experience had some disappointing aspects but was good overall with a nice view of the marina.
The hotel's rooms were clean but quite plain, giving more of a four-star business hotel vibe rather than anything luxurious. The facilities, however, were great. One downside was the noise from closing doors and conversations in the corridor.
The rooms on the first floor in the women's changing rooms felt dirty and too hot. The dining experience was overpriced and did not offer good value for money.
The hotel offered amazing value for the money with very spacious and clean rooms, although they were in the most terrible condition. The service went above and beyond, with special attention on Thursday 15th, but there were discussions that were inappropriate. The location was described as a quiet haven in the middle of busy London, although it was pointed out as being in a sad corner of the city. The dining experience was of a five-star quality with an extensive offering, and the facilities were lovely. Prices were considered worth it.
The hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfortable rooms, though missing the breakfast service on our last day was a downside. The friendly staff made up for any issues, and we were so cozy in the room that we even skipped a planned spa visit.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The room was lovely with a separate toilet, but there were issues like not being able to warm the room and difficulty in locking the door despite requesting help multiple times. The Euro football match on TV was a plus, though.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice view, although showing signs of wear and tear. The breakfast experience was disappointing with lackluster options and service. However, the staff were professional and welcoming, enhancing the overall stay.
