The food was AMAZING!!! Aseel was very friendly and helpful.
The pool was freezing, and very uncomfortable! Swimming times were limited. I really wanted to enjoy the pool, but I could not.

the receptionist was pretty helpful getting me what i need real quick, which i did appreciate.
the bath tub only had boiling water coming out of it, and that really sucks especially with a kid around, it made it totally unusable and it was quite annoying

helpful staff comfortable rooms convenient location
i found mohit very helpful . zakia and smitha at the front desk were also very efficient. the rooms were comfortable. the hotel is conveniently located near the underground subway.
the minibar in the room was empty.

the location is good and situated in chelsea. it is a pretty quiet area. overall, it creates a super calm place away from the city center allowing for relaxed exploration.

the restaurant has excellent fare. breakfast was a hit. i did not personally use the breakfast bar so i cannot fully comment but it seems to have left a positive impression.

staff was very nice and accommodating. clautair was friendly and helpful with our queries. overall service and staff were excellent as everyone has been great.
