decent experience, some minor issues
great location friendly staff useful washer disappointing view dirty windows train noise
The location was great. i could quickly reach all the sights i wanted to see. the staff was so friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and were ready to assist! the suite i had included a washing machine and dryer. This was so useful.
the view from my room was quite disappointing. it faced the train tracks, i could hear the rumbling trains! the windows needed cleaning. i did spot a few smudges.

helpful friendly staff soundproofing morning noise
the staff was friendly and helpful during my short stay of just a few nights.
I was initially pleased but the executive suite kitchen lacked proper soundproofing. the noise started before 7 am, and it was quite difficult to ignore.

poor cleaning uncomfortable bed
The location is excellent for transportation access with multiple options from Tower Hill Underground.
The room cleaning was substandard I found crumbs left on the table and the cups and glasses were not replaced with clean ones the bed was also very uncomfortable. the sign indicating whether to clean or not was removed after the first two days. Also I had to wait a long time for an elevator because one or two were not working.

underwhelming experience
unhelpful staff room setup
the hotel's location near the tower hill station was acceptable.
I was disappointed with the room setup. It was meant for two people instead of four. the staff were unhelpful when i asked about changing rooms and said the hotel was full, i later learned this was untrue. the air conditioning malfunctioned and the bathroom sink was slow to drain.

the room was very spacious with a lot of natural light. i liked the executive studio kitchenette a lot. the kitchenette includes a microwave and a small refrigerator.
the elevators took a little while sometimes.
