Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms were spacious and very clean, offering a nice view down Whitehall Place, although they were a bit hot and stuffy at times. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff like Violetta going out of their way to meet our needs. The location was excellent for exploring London, even if it wasn't exactly where we wanted to be. The dining experience had great selection but fell short due to staff struggling with the number of guests. Despite some minor drawbacks, I enjoyed the facilities and had a lovely time at the hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were equipped with modern amenities like a large TV and Nespresso machine, but mine faced an unappealing brick wall, making it feel dark and cramped despite the sunny weather. The service was generally friendly and attentive, though I did come across one unhelpful staff member which was surprising. The location, while near many attractions, felt a bit chaotic and not as exclusive as expected. The dining options were beautiful but a bit pricey. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was overall quite enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a large TV, and a comfortable living room setup. However, the room I had was a bit dark due to a view of a brick wall despite the sunny weather outside. The service was attentive and personalized, although there were some issues with overcharging for items not consumed. The location was perfect, offering easy access to shopping and attractions while still being in a quieter area. The dining experience was a mix of highs and lows. The facilities were great overall.
The hotel had a mix of positives like wonderful staff but also some drawbacks such as confusion at breakfast. The rooms were amazing but very tiny at the same time.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although a bit tired with frayed carpet edges and some grubbiness, were overall very clean and safe. Quick response to low battery in the safe was appreciated. However, the promised complimentary newspaper didn't arrive as agreed, and there was confusion during breakfast regarding what was included in the room rate, which was a bit frustrating. On the bright side, the hotel's common areas like restaurants and lobbies were stunning, which added to the experience. Overall, it was a decent stay.
