the staff greeted us so warmly upon arrival i felt immediately at ease. our suite was prepared for our anniversary a good surprise. rose petals adorned the bed balloons floated gently and a handwritten note wished us happiness. the complimentary breakfast proved really good surpassing many paid ones we have experienced before

the clock in our room was running an hour behind schedule. this caused a slight panic during our departure. i nearly missed the check-out time because of it. i suggest they check the accuracy of the clocks regularly

The location was very convenient. It's a short walk to the Vauxhall station, providing access to many attractions. The apartment suite was modern and clean, and the bedding included comfortable pillows. The front desk staff showed great kindness, offering an Easter egg for the children and cookies for us. The breakfast offered SO many choices.

The clock in the room was slow, and I almost missed check-out! though the parking was expensive.
