the electronic guide was very convenient with info about the room and surroundings. i really like the full kitchen in the room. the view from the window was great, i think it was a nice addition.
the hairdryer was dreadful, i wish i had brought my own. the check in took too long, there was a queue in the doorway. i didn't like the pillows since those were hard and not comfy.

The accommodation was great with a really helpful staff! the studio included a super comfortable bed and good facilities. i loved the spacious rooms including a well-appointed kitchen area. Both the studio and the lounge room had lots of space! sustainability initiatives throughout this hotel are on point!
the bedding was slightly noisy, so when i rolled over the sheets crackled.

all the staff were very cute and helpful during check-in, bar, restaurant visits, and cleaning. the friendly, engaging team created a relaxed, warm environment! the online check-in and check-out were super convenient.

the room's decor was lovely. i appreciated i got upgraded to a studio and it was amazing to use the mini kitchen area. a superb bed contributed positively to my rest and stay.

the hotel's location is close to the metro, and it is a quiet area. so many shops and cafes and restaurants are nearby! chiswick is a lovely area with lots of shops, restaurants, and plenty to see.

the hotel had excellent wi-fi and a very convenient electronic guide, which gave great information. free milk bottles were readily available at the bar! the hotel restaurant served really good food with excellent coffees.

this stay really impressed me. i particularly appreciated the handwritten note acknowledging our anniversary. the request i made for a specific room seen online was accommodated, my partner loved it. additionally, the late check-out allowed us to fully enjoy our last day.
the check-in process was not smooth. staff were checking clients in at the bar.
