the breakfast was a huge highlight tons of options were available plus everything tasted really fresh the workout room surprised me it was spacious with lots of equipment available i liked the large stretching area and they provided water it's surprising considering the hotel rooms size the staff were also so kind and helpful throughout my stay

the beds were comfy.
Our room was smaller than expected. the air conditioning did not work. This. the room also lacked a phone to call reception. i found the room temperature conditions inadequate for a hotel of this supposed rating.

the breakfast had a good selection of vegetables and fruit plus juices.
The room was not great. There was constant noise (i reported it but nothing changed). there were no slippers (a standard amenity). i requested a high floor (months ago, even in a survey) but did not get it.
