fantastic central stay!
cute staff complimentary wine fruit bowl
i found the staff very cute. a complimentary bottle of wine waited for me in the room. i really appreciated the fruit bowl provided.
i found the room quite small. the bathroom was also very tiny. cleanliness was below average with rusty bathroom accessories.

the staff were really helpful, especially at the front desk. aura, doina, tilly, josh, wiki, bohdana and mo were all immensily kind and professional. i experienced prompt and attentive assistance throughout my stay.

fantastic experience!
speedy check-in helpful staff excellent soundproofing
the staff accommodated my early arrival with excellent speed. i got my room quickly. it was long before the official check-in time. the helpful staff made my early start much easier. the soundproofing was excellent. i slept well without any disturbance.
my room faced a side street. traffic noise was a problem. it persisted into the early hours. it was really difficult to sleep. even with earplugs the noise was noticeable.

The hotel offered vouchers for the cafe next door. there was no full breakfast available and very few tables were present. it prompted me to eat out for breakfasts, satisfactory, but not the expected experience.

The hotel's location is superb. It is near many theatres and shops. piccadilly and china town were easily accessible. i found regent street a short walk away, providing convenient access for shopping needs.

my room had air conditioning. there was also a coffee machine with complimentary water and fruit. the staff were always friendly and ready to help. they offered a warm welcome.

Acceptable Stay, Some Disappointments
perfumed scent street noise
The location is fantastic for seeing shows.
The room felt quite small, I could barely move around. It was smaller than expected. The hotel also had an odd, heavily perfumed scent in the hallways. I could also hear street noise and sirens most of the night. It was rather annoying.
