Wonderful stay
room upgrade great location good options
I received a room upgrade, technically superior. The location is magnificent. It is walking distance to almost everything. Breakfast had a good choice of options.

Really good Dining and Service
elegant interior friendly staff balanced flavor
I enjoyed a special birthday celebration at this wonderful venue. The interiors were elegant. The furniture looked vibrant and colourful. The food was delicious, especially the tender beef and fresh fish, prepared perfectly by Master Chef Andre. Angeline, Emmie, and Ellie provided excellent care with warm and friendly hospitality. Franchezca, the Pastry Chef de Partie, created a colourful birthday dessert.
The hotel staff seemed overloaded during the weekend in the restaurant and spa.

a charming escape
comfortable bed friendly staff perfect service intimate setting
i found the bed extraordinarily comfortable, a true highlight after my travels. the room itself was well appointed, and i slept soundly each night. i appreciated the perfect service from all the staff, they always seemed happy to assist. the separate bar area offered an intimate setting for relaxation.
i requested an early check-in, but it was not possible upon arrival. the room was not ready until later in the afternoon.

the location is top (you can't beat the convenience for exploring). nearby attractions and shopping areas are easily accessible. public transport links are also very close, offering efficient connections across the area.
