Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a mixed experience with comfortable rooms featuring a queen-size bed, personalized furniture, and luxury toiletries, but with some drawbacks like cheap carpets and a jacuzzi-bed combo. It got quite chilly at night despite no adjustments to the temperature controls.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The outstanding river view from the room's floor-to-ceiling windows was breathtaking. The food, gym, and spa services were top-notch, enhancing my experience. The setting by the river was lovely, although accessing it required going to another building rather than being directly in a hotel room.
It was my birthday stay, and while the room had a comfortable queen size bed and all necessary amenities, the disappointment came from the lack of a city view, only facing the car park. The struggle with the shallow sink for kettle refilling was a constant hassle, but the location wasn't too far from central London, offering easy access with the free shuttle service once discovered. The dining options were good; however, the limited vegetarian choices were a drawback.
The hotel is a bit out of the way from central London, close to the river. The rooms are quite handy and go out of his way to mingle with guests. The dining was a bit cold and way overpriced, and the location is a bit out on a limb mainly because the station is a 10-minute walk, but stops immediately in front of the hotel.
