The staff are helpful. The location is convenient near shoreditch. The hotel provided water in cartons instead of plastic bottles. i did appreciate this commitment to reducing waste.
The room was a bit TOO warm. i couldn't seem to adjust the thermostat. This made it a little UNCOMFORTABLE at night.

The staff provided assistance every time I asked. They always found A way to help. the hotel was very clean, and the room doors were particularly special.

tea making facilities useful soft robe properly cleaned room slow order cold toast service charge
Breakfast had many options. i thought the tea making facilities were particularly useful (i love tea). i bought one of the robes. It is very soft. the rooms were properly cleaned.
the restaurant was slow with orders. my order was wrong, and i waited longer for my food. the toast was cold, and the chips had burned ends. a service charge was still added, despite the poor service.
