great staff fantastic tickets famous club
The staff was really great. Rishabh got us fantastic tickets to The Phantom of the Opera. He also secured our reservation at the famous Cinnamon Club.
The breakfast was rather disappointing.

mixed feelings about a so-called superior room
non-functioning thermostat limited space
the location was acceptable with convenient access to nearby attractions.
i booked a superior room expecting a certain level of comfort but it felt more like a repurposed closet there was barely any room to move around even without luggage and the single chair seemed like an afterthought to add insult to injury the thermostat didn't work at all leaving me at the mercy of the building's central heating system.
