wow, just wow!
great location friendly staff amazing restaurant
location rocks! it is super close to oxford circus station, so getting around town is easy. the staff were really on it, which i appreciated. the soho wala restaurant is amazing, offering tasty indian food at prices i like. i really love this hotel!
the shower water goes from hot to cold, tough to enjoy a consistent shower. it needs fixing asap!

friendly staff room upgrade varied choice
The staff were cute. I got a complimentary upgrade of room. It was much appreciated. Breakfast offered a varied choice. The terrace bar provided a great way to end my first day.
The hotel announced one day at 10am that they would shut down the water until 6pm and no commercial gesture was offered in compensation.

The room was huge and very clean, providing exactly what I needed. Robes and slippers were available in the room. An umbrella was also included, a useful addition for unpredictable weather.

I had afternoon tea at Soho Wala. They were accommodating for a pram. The food and drink were great. The waiter, Ramadan, remained on hand with drink top ups and table clearing.

a mixed bag
musty odor internet connectivity
the room, while generally clean, had a peculiar musty odor i couldn't quite shake off. also, the promised high-speed internet was anything but. I struggled with connectivity throughout my stay. the television remote seemed to have a mind of its own too.

the location allowed for easy access to many attractions. the staff were cute upon arrival. the room was clean and well kept.
i noticed some areas show slight signs of wear, possibly indicating a need for future updates.
