The hotel offers spacious rooms done in a clean white theme with great king mattresses and updated bathrooms in villas spread out across the property. The service is friendly and helpful, although there are some delays due to prioritizing reservations. The location is beautifully landscaped and recommended for those renting a car to explore. The dining experience is enjoyable but limited in options. The facilities are well-maintained and offer a pleasant stay overall.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a balcony with a jacuzzi, but it was a bit slippery when wet, so I had to be cautious and use the provided mats. Facing the gardens wasn't as impressive as I hoped, especially considering some last-minute reservations caused inconvenience due to overbooking.
The hotel shines with beautifully decorated rooms offering a nice touch with a fridge for snacks, leftovers, and room-made cocktails. The pool and beach access enhance the stay, although some areas give off an old, musty odor.
