The hotel offers a convenient location with plenty of dining options nearby. While the rooms need upgrading and lack hanging strings for wet clothes, the cleanliness is satisfactory. The service is commendable, even with few customers causing challenges. The dining experience is reasonably priced with various tropical fruit options but lacks certain signature dishes.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and good overall. The room had some damage from the hurricane, and it was near a noisy generator or exhaust. Unfortunately, there was no hot water or functioning air conditioning, and they were demolishing the room next door. The service was sweet and attentive, but there were limited dining options past 6 pm. The location in Rincon was amazing, right at the edge of the beach, though the property needs additional relaxation options. The dining experience was inexpensive and filling but needs improvement considering the price paid. The facilities were adequate.
The hotel had some positives like friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere, but there were some significant drawbacks such as dated and dirty rooms. The location was fantastic for relaxation and entertainment, offering proximity to the ocean, but the dining experience left much to be desired with bad food quality. Despite these shortcomings, the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
