Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were comfortable but noisy, and a few areas had unpleasant odors. The service was slow but staff tried to assist daily. The location was busy but close to amenities. The dining experience lacked variety and cleanliness. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
The hotel's rooms are absolutely filthy and outdated, barely providing cool air, and there were noisy guests with no sound insulation. However, the location is lovely, right on a stretch of sandy beach, but in need of improvements. The dining experience could use more variety, and a traditional bread was available. The service was mixed, with some staff going above and beyond to help, while others lacked privacy awareness.
I stayed in Villa 27, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and pool area. The rooms were updated but a bit dirty. The Wi-Fi in the main restaurant was good. The hotel staff worked hard but sometimes seemed bothered if not ready to order. Ann-Liz, our room service attendant, was exceptionally polite and friendly. The location was spotless and well maintained, offering a clean swim-up bar and waiter service poolside. While the lobby decor wasn't top-notch, the overall cleanliness was impressive. The dining experience was a letdown with late service and repetitive food offerings. Despite some downsides, this hotel still presented a decent value for money.
The hotel is situated in a lovely location on a long stretch of pale sandy beach with palm trees, offering a lively sea experience. Although the beach is beautiful, I found myself waiting a lot for staff assistance and unfortunately got sick after dining at the snack bar. The hotel provides a quieter ambiance compared to the beach pool, beneficial for families seeking relaxation.
The resort had some noisy rooms situated close to the tunnel and stairs where the air conditioning was not working properly. The location made it challenging to enjoy the terrace due to constant traffic passing by, but the staff was helpful when we asked to change rooms.
The hotel offers very spacious and clean rooms, which suited our needs well. However, there was a mix-up with our bed preferences that caused some inconvenience. The service was friendly and helpful, though language barriers were encountered. The location is lovely with a beautiful beach, but some issues with cleanliness and flies were noted. The dining experience had some hiccups but showed potential. Overall, a mixed but generally positive stay.
The hotel rooms, despite being a little dated, were clean and comfortable. However, there was an unpleasant odor in the dining room one afternoon. The location on the first floor was noisy and inconvenient due to the malfunctioning air conditioning and proximity to busy areas.
The hotel offers stunning views and effectively keeps mosquitoes away. The rooms, while spacious, show signs of aging and lack direct ocean views. The service, though very friendly, may not always accommodate special requests without hesitation. The location is superb, especially if you prefer a quieter pool than the beach area. The dining options are varied but the food quality can be inconsistent.
Upon arrival at the resort, our needs were met, which was great. I stayed in Villa 27, the second block from the beach/pool area, just a 2-minute walk away.
