Staying on one of the upper floors was an amazing experience, with beautiful and posh rooms featuring nice size verandas for a different view. The cleanliness was top-notch, thanks to Roxanne. The butler, Walkin, made Saint Valentin very special with roses and champagne. The service room was excellent, allowing relaxation in the room or on the balcony. Special thanks to Alfredo, Ruth, and Juhnny for making the stay truly enjoyable. Meeting Richard, Jennifer, Ingrid, Wendy, and Joerling was a pleasure, a truly perfect and excellent stay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were nice, with a great view from the balcony, although the bathroom was a bit small. We enjoyed relaxing in the room and on the balcony, especially with the attentive service from Alfredo, Ruth, and the whole staff. Special thanks to Johnny for making us feel like part of the family. The ground floor suite was top-notch clean, and the butler, Walkin, went above and beyond to make our stay special on Valentine's Day.
