My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mix. The location is fantastic, very close to everything I wanted to explore, but the rooms were not as clean and fresh as I had hoped for. The service was friendly overall, but there were some hiccups. The dining experience was enjoyable with good quality food, but there were a few areas that needed improvement. The facilities were decent but could use some enhancements.
The hotel had some issues, like very low water pressure and mildew in the rooms, but overall was great despite the AC control not working after a 20-hour trip. The service was abundant but poorly organized, especially at check-in. The location was not the best for waiters and lacked life, though it offered access to multiple a la carte restaurants in the all-inclusive package. The dining experience was a positive highlight with good quality food and quick service.
The hotel has very clean rooms, but the AC control had some issues and the water pressure was quite low. Despite the room being far from the beach, which the Reception insisted on, it was still a nice space to stay. The service was attentive, with the exception of a refusal to check us in due to my girlfriend's passport. The location was a great spot, although not all waiters were the best. The dining experience offered good quality food with a wide range of options, although some areas could improve. The facilities were generally good, with a few minor issues. Overall, a decent stay with some room for enhancement.
