Grand Beach Hotel Bay Harbor, Bal Harbour

The hotel is located in the best neighborhood close to Aventura Mall and the ocean, offering beautiful views. The rooms with water views and 2 beds were spacious and comfortable, providing great value for money. Despite encountering the worst manager ever witnessed, the service for dry cleaning, housekeeping, and valet parking was efficient. The dining experience, which included regional bread, was enjoyable. The facilities were modern and convenient, enhancing the overall stay.

This hotel is simply amazing! Great location, right on the beach and close to Bal Harbor shops. The rooms have stunning water views and come with 2 comfy beds. The manager, however, was the worst I have ever witnessed. The dry cleaning and housekeeping services were impeccable, but valet parking was a bit slow. Being in the best neighborhood adds to the charm of this place. The included dining with authentic Italian pizza was a delicious surprise. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly luxurious.
