Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the resort was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with large bathrooms and a lovely terrace, but they did not quite meet the elevated standards I am used to. The location was convenient, being close to the pool and restaurant area, but it felt more like a family-oriented destination. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, though some elements like dining left room for improvement.
I had a mix of experiences during my stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and newly built, providing amazing views and plenty of space, but some areas needed repairs. The service was lacking in communication but made up for it with helpful staff members. The location was breathtaking, nestled in a lovely protected cove with aquamarine waters, though there were some inconveniences on the more low-key island. The dining experience left something to be desired, with long waits and billing errors, but the facilities were wonderfully maintained overall.
I was blown away by the room I stayed in! It was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and featured a private shower which was a lovely touch. However, there was an additional charge of $20 per day for a golf cart. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, and there was plenty of space to relax and unwind.
I was pleasantly surprised by the absolutely gorgeous rooms at Grande Isle. The service was truly amazing, offering some of the best food on the island grilled and smoked right there on the beach. The location at Emerald Bay is fabulous, making it the nicest place on the island, with the astonishing garden and a picture-perfect beach. However, I was disappointed that no help was offered with luggage when we had to find an apartment on our own.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were stunning, conveniently located right next to the pool, restaurant, and bar with a lovely partial view of the ocean. The first day after check-in was truly memorable!
