I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was wonderful, right by the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants. However, the rooms were quite cramped, making it challenging to unpack, and not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The service was a hit-or-miss with some staff being friendly and helpful while others displayed rude behavior. The dining options were average, and there were unexpected charges for incidentals not communicated upfront.
I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, although I wished there was a socket near the mirror. The lack of an ocean view was a downside, but the room was still comfortable and adequate at a good price.
