beach service helpful staff amazing bartenders superb server
i enjoyed the beach service. frank was helpful, setting up chairs. the bar staff was amazing. jon was a superb server. mike at the bar was top notch! it was obvious they enjoyed their work.
the valet parking was timely though it felt a little expensive

weak pressure clueless engineer
The beach service was acceptable. Beach attendants set up chairs and umbrellas.
The water pressure in the shower was VERY weak (a real problem!). I experienced a total lack of hot water on my first day. An engineer came to my room but he seemed clueless.

Wonderful Beachfront Hotel
easy access quiet room daily setup convenient location
The beach was easily accessible from the hotel. Beach attendants set up chairs and umbrellas daily. The location is convenient , just north of Oakland. The hotel rooms were also quiet.
The pool area closes relatively early , which limited opportunities for evening swims.

The onsite restaurants provide excellent food at a reasonable cost , which is valuable. Kid menus are available , and the food was delicious , that allowed for stress-free family meals.

The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful beachfront view , that was really great. The coastal decor enhanced relaxation , and also the complimentary shuttle to dinner was a major bonus.

fantastic beachfront experience
beach access coconut toiletries
the location was very nice! the beach access was direct. my room had mango coconut toiletries, and i bought some to take home. the food tasted great, and i had a wonderful time.
i found that valet parking was the only option available though, i would have appreciated self-parking.

The front desk staff were really helpful with directions. i saw beach attendants set up chairs and umbrellas . i noticed servers frequently brought food and drinks to people by the pool. This occurred consistently.

amazing stay!
helpful employees ocean view friendly staff
The front desk employees were helpful. I especially appreciated that a pack and play was set up already upon arrival for my son. breakfast every morning outside on the patio overlooking the ocean was really special. the restaurant workers were friendly, really showcasing hospitality.
