I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were absolutely beautiful but not as nice as our last stay. They were fair for the money, although they were not ready in the morning when we arrived. The service was extremely hospitable and so accommodating and helpful, with the exception of the cleaning in the hall. The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants along Atlantic Ave but was packed, which didn't allow for a relaxing experience. The dining was amazing, with made-to-order omelets, smoked salmon, and capers. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel has a limited ocean view and no balcony, but the service is top-notch and the location is superb with proximity to bars, restaurants, and the beach.
The hotel is located perfectly at the corner of the Atlantic Ocean and Atlantic Avenue, ideal for families with kids and right across from the beach. The Front Desk Staff was wonderful and friendly, although the room situation could have been handled better when I requested a change. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a delightful mix of delicious entrees, but the breakfast could use an additional option outside. Overall, a fab location with interesting sights but some disappointing room aspects.
