My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, upscale, and nicely appointed, making me feel right at home. The service was extremely informative and cordial, and the staff was super up to date and receptive to my requests. Although the location was nice and well-maintained, it lacked some excitement. The dining experience was included and convenient but could offer a bit more variety in options. Overall, a great value for the money spent.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were great and modern with a very nice and comfortable setup, consisting of a living area, dining area, kitchen, HUGE bath with high-end tile and fixtures, and two balconies. The service was top-notch, with the activity staff being especially impressive. The location was very clean and convenient, close to the Pointe and all the restaurants. The dining experience, although a bit expensive, was fantastic. The facilities were excellent overall.
The hotel was wonderful, offering beautiful and spacious rooms with magnificent bathrooms, although the garbage cans could be bigger. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, along with various family activities. The location was ideal for both Convention Center visits and family fun, close enough to Disney but away from the busy crowds. However, the dining experience left much to be desired.
