rude workerslimited food
The valet service was both slow and impolite (quite irritating). The cost was also excessive. I found the selection of food options within the hotel to be limited. there was a health department notice regarding pool equipment. These issues negatively impacted my experience.

I enjoyed the easy access to the beach. It was just across a walking trail! The hotel has nice pools. I got a sea view room. It was awesome.
The hotel bar was closed most days. It was disappointing.

I had a king suite ocean front view. it gave me an amazing view of the beach? the room included an iron, slippers, and a bathrobe. two different pools with jacuzzis are available. Families are on the ground floor, and adults are on the seventh floor.
The food and beverage prices seemed high. it is typical of the area. I was a bit surprised.

The hotel offers convenient beach access. the hotel is near bikes for rent, just a short walk away. trolley stops right outside provide easy transportation in both directions. It's very handy.

The room was spacious with an ocean view. check-in was fast. valet parking was convenient, and i loved the clean room! i especially appreciated the valet guys. the heated pools were also perfect.
the room did not have a microwave. the hotel also refused to heat up leftover food or provide a microwave for temporary use. it was difficult given my preference for home-cooked food.

the staff was attentive, especially jeff and basil. they helped with my needs promptly and always had a smile. the warm reception, so the friendliness was appreciated.

The room had two bathrooms, very convenient!!! I especially loved the balcony. Watching from there was a dream. The pool area and bar were very well maintained. The beach furniture was too.
The resort fee felt a bit unexpected.
