Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was great with proximity to Disney Parks and a fantastic shuttle service. However, the rooms were a letdown, with an outdated feel and disappointingly small size. The dining options were overpriced, and the facilities need some improvement.
I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing location of the hotel, perfectly fitting our trip to Mecum. The staff was incredibly service-oriented, bilingual, and attentive to our needs and expectations, making our stay memorable. However, the rooms were a bit overpriced for what they offered.
The hotel rooms are relatively close to the elevators and are very comfortable, although they appeared a bit outdated with textured beige walls and worn furniture. I stayed for 2 days and had to pay an additional $15 per person, which was a downside. The service was inconsistent, with long waits at the pool bar and subpar attention to guests, especially considering the high prices for some amenities. Despite these drawbacks, the location was convenient for accessing theme parks, and the dining options included a variety of items with personalized chef-prepared dishes.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but it took a while for mine to be ready, and the balcony was a bit tricky to open. The service was a bit hit or miss - some staff members were very helpful and friendly, while others were not as welcoming. The location was excellent with a great view of the pool and plenty of lounge chairs, but there were some minor inconveniences like holding on the phone for too long. Dining options were a bit pricey with limited selections, but there was a Starbucks in the lobby. Overall, it was a decent deal for a few nights over Christmas.
