Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were good, but the noise from the elevator was a bit disruptive. The service was friendly but lacked consistency in information. The location is convenient for visiting theme parks but could have been more informative. The dining had its ups and downs with delicious options but also some hiccups. The facilities were decent overall.
Our stay was quite comfortable overall, with some minor issues. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped with convenient facilities like a fridge and microwave, but they could have been cleaner and less moldy. The hotel offered a variety of activities for families, yet there were some disturbances during the night. The location was optimal for theme park visits but lacked assistance with loyalty numbers. The dining options were tasty but a bit overpriced. The facilities were decent, though not exceptional.
Although the hotel is conveniently located with great amenities, our room had poor sound insulation, making it feel like the neighbors were right next to us. Although spacious, it lacked privacy due to a dividing door.
The hotel is in a great location, conveniently positioned between Universal and Disney with plenty of activities nearby. The rooms vary in size but could benefit from more accurate representations. The service was a mixed experience with some outstanding staff compensating for occasional communication issues. The dining options, although delicious, have limited availability times. The overall value for money is decent considering the location and amenities available.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were massive and very comfortable, providing a full kitchen, large bathroom, private separate bedroom, and even a Jacuzzi tub. It was perfect for spreading out and enjoying the space for one person. The villas were clean and spacious, offering a variety of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom options. The location was superb, with an enchanting walking path around the buildings and lake area, connecting to the main pools. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with delicious options at the grille but some letdowns in terms of undercooked lamb and bland food. Despite some service hiccups like loud construction noise and missed details on future offers, my overall experience was delightful.
The hotel had some noise disturbances due to its proximity to housekeeping storage and walkways, but it was great for kids. The service was initially unacceptable but improved after a complaint to the General Manager. The location felt like a charming old-school resort, ideal for International Drive visits, though it could have been nicer. The dining experience was very good for both dinner and breakfast.
