Hyatt Regency Orlando, Williamsburg

The hotel is conveniently located on International Drive next to all the restaurants. The rooms, though old and outdated, were clean, comfortable, and most importantly, quiet. The service was amazing, especially Georgia from Coconuts Pool Bar; however, the extreme heat affected some of the staff negatively. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy a vacation away from the craziness of Disney but still be close enough to visit easily. The dining options were a bit expensive, but there were excellent choices on the 24hr menu late at night. The facilities are superior and right in the center of International Drive.

The hotel had gorgeous and upscale rooms with a beautiful view, but check-in was delayed due to TSA. The rooms were smaller compared to others we knew, which was a downside.

The hotel rooms were disappointing with a strong air freshener smell that triggered allergies. The service was friendly but inconsistent. The location is convenient for visiting Orlando's major attractions. The dining setup was visually appealing but lacked in options. The facilities need updating.

The hotel was really enjoyable, with clean rooms and beautiful views. It was surprisingly quiet despite being fully booked around New Year's. The room layout was well designed and spacious.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were terrific and well maintained by housekeeping, offering comfortable and nicely furnished accommodations. I enjoyed a spacious room with an excellent view of International Drive and the pool below. Although the service had a hiccup with the kitchen staff's competence, it was quickly corrected with no issues. The location, across the street from the Orange County Convention Center, was superb for all kinds of travelers, especially those attending events. The dining experience, including complimentary wine and beer from 5-7pm each evening, complemented by yummy muesli, was a highlight. Overall, an excellent stay that I would gladly repeat.
