Melia Caribe Beach Resort, Punta Cana

My stay at 'The Level' was a mixed experience. The high-level rooms were meant to be available by 3:00 pm but came with a disappointing cleanliness issue despite informing the front desk. The service was a mix of pleasant encounters and some room for improvement in understanding client needs.

The hotel's location is fantastic, great for excursions and wandering around, with the beach right there. The rooms, despite a delay in readiness, were comfortable and clean, though some were used to house the manager. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff, particularly a concierge named Danielle. The dining experience, however, was unsatisfactory, with poor options and a pushy property sales presentation. Overall, a good value for the money.

I stayed at 'The Level' where I had access to exclusive services, including a personal butler, Teo. The hotel has a king bed, but unfortunately, the duvet and mattress cover in my room were dirty despite notifying the front desk. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs but was quite luxurious in certain aspects.

I stayed at 'The Level' where I enjoyed having access to my own butler, shoutout to Teo, and a king-size bed near the pool. The service at Capenao was amazing and accommodating, especially for midnight requests. The location was great for excursions and having the beach right there, but the numbering was confusing. The dining experience varied between poor at Mercado and Rumba and delicious sandwiches. The facilities were top-notch.

Staying at 'The Level' was a dream come true. The rooms were not only very good and clean, but also spacious and luxurious, featuring 2 spa tubs, 2 kitchens, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. The exclusive services at 'The Level,' including having our own butler, shoutout to Teo, truly made us feel pampered. However, there was an unfortunate incident with Juan Carlos that left a sour note during our stay.
