clean room local rum great dining
The room was clean. the minibar was stocked with local rum. pier 8 offered great dining. Gondola too. the cafe treats were a hit with our group.

Really good stay with Jamaican hospitality
immaculate grounds friendly staff comfortable beds
I found the location to be beautiful with immaculate grounds. The beach and swimming pools provided great relaxation. The staff were attentive and friendly, willing to help with anything. I enjoyed the all-inclusive options. I sampled many things. The beds were so comfortable. I slept soundly.
I noticed that I had to request extra toiletries once, resolved promptly.

The staff demonstrated professionalism. They were helpful with requests and inquiries. I observed attentive service at the restaurants, bars, and front desk. Assistance with luggage and transportation was efficient, and I remain grateful for their kind help.

My room included a balcony with a partial ocean view. It had comfortable beds and adequate space for my family. Air conditioning maintained a consistent temperature. The bathroom included dual sinks and a shower.

The restaurants offered a wide variety of cuisine. I ate at multiple restaurants . The breakfast buffet featured many choices. The 24-hour café provided hot drinks and snacks and I remain thankful.

The hotel is located near various attractions. The beach offered calm, beautiful water. The hotel's layout allows convenient walking distances to pools, bars, the spa, and restaurants. I remain grateful for such a great location.

a mixed bag, really
broken elevator limited options
The elevators seemed constantly out of service. I often waited ages. also, the food wasn't great. The jamaican cuisine lacked variety, i missed oxtail and jerk pork. children's food options were limited, almost nonexistent.
