I had a delightful stay at this hotel, although there were a few flaws. The location was superb, being right on the bay and close to all the must-see attractions. The rooms, while lacking a view of the water, were equipped with all the necessary amenities and a comfy king bed. The service, with a few standout staff members delivering exceptional service as their top priority, was impressive. The dining options, featuring some Jamaican specialties and exceptional bacon, were a highlight, but there were some downsides. The facilities were well-kept and provided a serene atmosphere.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying the French balconies and the full-size terraces in the rooms. The fridge restocked daily was a nice touch, but the cots for young kids were not very comfortable. The hotel provided good value for money, but some improvements are needed for a perfect stay.
